مرکز مدار با شعار مدارس آینده در مدار انقلاب اسلامی به دنبال تحقق یک زیست بوم نوآورانه و تحول‌گرا در مدارس دولتی، بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش ایران می‌باشد. این مرکز به دنبال دستیابی به الگوی جامع مدرسه مطلوب در تراز انقلاب اسلامی و اجرا‌سازی این الگو در مدارس دولتی بوده و برای تغییر جایگاه نهاد مدرسه در ساختار کلان اجتماعی و فرهنگی به عنوان یک نهاد مهم و اثرگزار در جامعه تلاش می‌کند.
